Olde South Recovery Services

Olde South Recovery Service division came about as a need of self-insureds and Insurance Companies to assist in the processing of claims and submission to the Georgia Second Injury Trust Fund.

The Recovery division will tailor a Subsequent Injury Trust Fund or Third Party recovery program to meet our clients specific need. All claims identified by the client as having recovery potential will be reviewed by Olde South=s experts and a recovery analysis report will be provided on each claim.

Loss runs are reviewed to identify claims with indemnity payments in excess of 26 weeks and/or medical payments in excess of $5,000 will also be reviewed for potential recoveries under SITF.

With our access to a physician advisor and nurses to assist us with our recovery efforts, we are able to establish a merger with the current injury which is a critical component of a recovery claim investigation.

Our recovery consulting fees are also tailored to our clients specific needs. We offer both hourly and contingency fee arrangements. Our contingency fees are variable, based on the status of claims in the recovery process at the point of our intervention.
